Privacy
This notice describes how AINA Technologies LLC handles information when you use Shft, a digital software service.
Who operates Shft
Shft is operated by AINA Technologies LLC. For privacy questions or data requests, email hello@meetshft.com.
Information Shft handles
- Account and sign-in information, such as your email address and session state.
- Workspace information you choose to provide, including conversations, messages, files, and artifacts.
- Service information needed to operate Shft, such as model selections, usage, and security records.
- Basic request and device information processed by hosting and security services, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and error diagnostics.
How information is used
AINA Technologies LLC uses this information to provide and restore workspaces, respond to requests, operate files and artifacts, understand enabled-service usage, protect the service, and investigate failures.
When you use an enabled external AI model, Shft sends your request and the context needed for that request to the selected model provider. Shft maintains conversation continuity; it does not rely on a provider-owned conversation session.
Service providers
Service providers process information needed for their roles, which can include application hosting, sign-in, databases and private file storage, email delivery, AI processing, and payment processing when billing is enabled. Providers currently include Vercel, Supabase, selected AI providers, and Stripe when a billing flow is enabled. The current Shft Web application does not use third-party advertising.
Security
Hosted Shft session cookies are server-managed and use Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite protections. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, session values, API keys, or other credentials in a support message.
Retention and your choices
Shft has not published a fixed retention schedule. Product, security, provider, and accounting records may remain while the service is operated and reviewed. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not needed for your work.
Self-service account export and deletion are not currently available. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing hello@meetshft.com. AINA Technologies LLC will verify the requester and request scope before acting. Security, accounting, dispute, or legally required records may need to be retained.
