Paid sign-up is not open yet.

Shft is digital software. When access is available, it is provided through your Shft account. No physical goods are shipped.

Requesting help

To help us understand your request, include the email address associated with your account, the page or feature involved, what you expected, and the approximate time and time zone. Include only customer-safe error text.

Never send a password, one-time code, cookie, access token, API key, full request header, or sensitive file or conversation content.

Privacy and billing questions

You can use the same address for privacy requests or questions about a charge. See our Privacy and Refunds & cancellation pages for current information.

To cancel renewal, email hello@meetshft.com from the email address on your account.

Account security

If you suspect unauthorized access, sign out and contact hello@meetshft.com. Do not access another customer's workspace or attempt to bypass an access control while investigating.
